Need help with TypeGlow? You are in the right place.
Open Settings, then General, then Keyboard, then Keyboards, then Add New Keyboard, and choose TypeGlow. To type with it, touch and hold the globe key on any keyboard and pick TypeGlow. To use key sounds and haptics, turn on Allow Full Access for TypeGlow on that same Keyboards screen.
Sounds are not playing. Make sure Allow Full Access is on for TypeGlow, that a sound is selected in the Sounds tab, and that your phone is not in a state where it has been turned all the way down.
The keyboard did not appear. Remove TypeGlow in Settings, add it again, then switch to it with the globe key. Restarting the phone once also clears this.
My theme did not change. Open the theme in the app and tap Apply, then switch keyboards once so it refreshes.
Suggestions or key backgrounds look wrong. Reapply the theme, or fully close and reopen the app you are typing in.
TypeGlow never sends what you type off your device, and it does not track you. The free version of the app shows ads, which are described in the Privacy Policy. You can read the full details there.
